ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Please be advised that the AGM will take place on Sunday 19th May 2024 on the patio outside the clubhouse at Hawkinge Allotments. The meeting will start at 11am and there will be refreshments available from 10am. All members and their families are invited and this is your opportunity to come and hear what goes on behind the scenes at the allotment and comment on any issues that may be affecting you. As a result of some recent legislation we are now required to appoint Trustees within the Society. Some information about the position is given below and more information will be advised at the meeting.

Please also be aware that road works are scheduled to take place between 2nd and 24th May at the junction of Stombers Lane and Cowgate Lane. This will close access to Stombers Lane by vehicle so you will have to park in Fernfield and walk down to the site during this period. Or drive all the way down to Alkham Valley Road and approach Stombers Lane from the other end!
